Tillse

Tillse is a digital tool that facilitates property maintenance. It connects properties, property managers, and tenants to keep track of maintenance work in a simple and structured way.

Tillse is available as both a web application and a downloadable app. Thanks to the user-friendly interface, it is easy to see who, where, and when maintenance work needs to be done.

One feature we are particularly proud of is Tillse's management of systematic fire protection work (SBA). Drawings are uploaded via the web interface and all checkpoints are added. Performed checks are logged and are easily accessible for follow-up. The current SBA can then be performed via the app by scanning QR codes.
