Nilsson Energy has been dedicated to creating complete solutions for renewable energy since its founding in 2017, with hydrogen as the primary energy carrier. They turned to us to update their web profile. Together with the wonderful team at Where is my Pony, they worked to modernize their image and create a new website that reflected their innovative spirit, built with the latest technology and a modern code structure. The result was a website that uses Statamic as its Content Management System (CMS) and is built with Next.
Partner: Where is my Pony
Statamic
Nilsson Energy chose Statamic as their CMS due to its user-friendly and intuitive interface, which suits their content editors. The CMS offers all the necessary features and a modern, well-established code structure that their in-house developers can work with. An advantage of Statamic is its ability to be extended without the need for additional plugins. To meet Nilsson Energy's specific needs, we created a set of block types that give their editors full flexibility to manage and publish content.
Process
The process began with Where is my Pony creating a design in Figma, which they shared with us. In a joint meeting, we carefully reviewed the design and its components and block types. To solidify our role at Itiden, our developers and project managers sat down to reflect on the project. This resulted in a detailed mapping of the components that would be needed, how they could be adapted and reused on different parts of the website.
The collaboration between developers, designers and client continued throughout the project to ensure the best possible delivery.
Website
Close collaboration, both internally and with our partner, guaranteed that the end result was a successful website with a stable foundation and a refreshing profile.
The website features:
Attractive design
User-friendly platform
Support for multiple languages to ensure a global presence and accessibility
A CMS that is even fun to work with
This makes the website extensible and easy to keep updated for a long time to come.
